About Fiber Cement Siding TX

We’re a fiber cement siding installation, repair, and storm-response contractor built around one idea: install to the actual manufacturer spec, document everything honestly, and never recommend more work than a home actually needs.

Why This Company Exists

Most of the repair calls we get trace back to the same root cause: a siding job that was rushed to hit a deadline or a price point, not a bad batch of material. Nails driven too deep. Trim tacked on after the siding instead of before. Butt joints caulked instead of flashed. None of it looks wrong on handoff day. It shows up three, five, seven years later as cracking, gapping, or water damage — and by then the homeowner has no way of knowing whether it was the product or the installer.

That gap between “looks fine at handoff” and “actually holds up for 30 years” is what we built this company around closing. We install to the full manufacturer spec on every job, we tell you honestly when a repair is enough instead of pushing a full re-side, and we document storm damage the way an insurance adjuster actually needs to see it — not the way that’s fastest for us.

What We Actually Hold Ourselves To

Not a mission statement — the specific standards every job gets checked against.

01

Spec Over Shortcuts

Correct clearances, blind-nailing depth, and expansion gaps get verified on every job, not just the walls facing the street.

02

Repair-First, Always

If 14 boards need replacing, we replace 14 boards. A full re-side only gets recommended when the inspection actually shows a reason for one.

03

Written, Before Work Starts

An itemized estimate you can actually read, not a verbal number that changes once the truck shows up.

An Honest Note on Licensing

Texas doesn’t license siding contractors the way it licenses plumbers or electricians — so we won’t pretend to hold a credential that doesn’t exist. What we do have is real insurance and bonding, and we’re happy to show proof before you sign anything. If a contractor claims a state siding license, that’s worth asking more questions about, not fewer.

Who You’re Actually Working With

Same Crew, Start to Finish

The people who inspect your siding are the same people who repair or install it — not a salesperson who hands you off to a different crew after the quote.

We Say No Sometimes

If your siding just needs a wash and a caulk touch-up, we’ll tell you that instead of quoting a repaint you don’t need yet.

Have a Project in Mind?

Free on-site inspection — we’ll give you a straight answer, even if that answer is “you don’t need us yet.”
